EXCITING NEWS FROM VILLAGE PRINTERS Thursday, December 14, 2006 Happy Holidays to all. It's such a great time of year and a bit more exciting for all of us here at Village Printers. I have some really great news to share. Los Gatos Village Printers and Chase Lithographers of Morgan Hill are joining forces and will begin operation as ChaseVP January 1st, 2007. I can't tell you how excited and enthusiastic I am about this merger. Two longstanding, successful businesses are coming together to create a new and vibrant company. After 50 very rewarding years as Village Printers I couldn't pass up the opportunity to create something new and exciting for the next 50 years. I have known Jeff Burnham, owner of Chase Lithographers, for the past 18 years. I am very fortunate to be connecting with someone who shares my passion for excellent and uncompromising quality and customer service. We will be extremely well equipped and well staffed to handle all your design, print and distribution needs. There will be lots of activity these next few weeks. We all have been working hard getting organized and are completely committed to making this transition smooth and seamless. There will be no gaps in our production capacity and our ability to serve you.Our expanded pick up and delivery service as well as our Los Gatos office at 15750 Winchester Blvd., Suite 106 (Corner of Farley Road and Winchester) will continue to serve all of our current customers.I have enclosed an information sheet that details some of the specifics regarding the merger. We will be calling and /or visiting you over the next few weeks to answer any questions you might have. Should anything come up in the meantime please don't hesitate to contact us. Charlene, Amy and myself will be happy to help. It's hard for me to temper my enthusiasm regarding this merger. I'm excited for my staff and I'm especially excited for you as I have absolutely no doubt you will see the value and benefit of this move. Best wishes to all of you this holiday season.
